What is your return policy for technical equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Please note that for safety reasons, technical climbing gear and life-safety equipment cannot be returned once the original packaging is opened.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy equipment?
Yes, we ship globally. Shipping costs and delivery times for heavy items like kayaks or weight sets are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight.
